Sean Wheldrake, The Bicycle Promotions Coordinator at the City of Toronto has sent out more info on the hiring process for the Road & Trail Safety Ambassadors. They will have an Orientation session on April 24th. I have quoted his announcement with all the details. To see them click here.

For anyone who is interested in learning more about the Road & Trail Safety Ambassador Program, an orientation session will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2002 from 6:30 to 7 pm. It will at City Hall, 100 Queen St West in Committee room 3.

The purpose of this session is to help people learn about the program before they apply.


The session will include:
- back ground information on the program
- details of the hiring process
- tips on applying
- a question and answer period about the program

The City will be hiring 5 Road & Trail Safety Ambassador the deadline for applications is Friday, April 30, 2002. It is not necessary to attend.
