The deadline is approaching for nominating businesses for the Bike Friendly Business Awards. These awards are given, bye the TCC and the City of Toronto, to businesses which support and encourage cycling by a number of means. It may be by providing bike parking for customers or employees, shower and change facilities for commuters, supporting cycling events and more. See the TCC website for more details. The deadline for nominating a business is Friday September 28th at 5:00 pm. There is a nomination form that you can download, print and send in.

The awards will be presented on Wednesday October 24th, 2001 at a special ceremony.
