Work is progressing on the new path which runs on the north side of Lakshore Blvd. from the Don Roadway and the new bridge over the Don River to Carlaw Avenue. This section should be completed this fall.

Work the section between Carlaw Avenue and Leslie Street was suspended temporarily when contaminated soil was found on the site. The problem turned out to be not as bad as feared and it may be possible that this section will also be completed this year. If not it will be completed in 2002.

The remaining section of this path running from Leslie St. to Coxwell Avenue is slated to be done in 2002.
